2 Eggs
2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 tsp. soda
No. 2 can crushed pineapple
Topping: 1 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2/3 C milnot
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 5 ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x13 pan. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. When cool, spread over cake.
Icing option: 8 oz cream cheese
2 C pwd. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick soft butter
1 C chopped pecans
Spread when cake is still warm.

I got this recipe from Maxine Lifford and Betty Rash. This was one of Bill's favorite cakes. Betty Rash always made this for the Jasonville Lions Club.
