4 large cans tomatoes
16 oz can tomato sauce
2 small cans tomato paste
1-15 oz can tomato puree
1-2 lbs stew beef (if desired) for flavor or add a pork chop if you prefer

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot brown meat in oil with two cloves of garlic cut in half. Blend all tomatoes together and put in pot. (use blender for whole tomatoes).
Peel one medium onion-leave whole and put in sauce
Add 2 tsp of sugar, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to sauce or any amount that is desired. Cover sauce and cook for 2 hours.
