11/2 lb Ground Chuck
1 Medium onion (chopped)
3 Cans Tomato soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 Can Peas (drained) (15 oz.)
8 Medium Potatoes (Peeled and sliced)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 3 quart casserole with Pam cooking spray.
Break up ground chuck and put in bottom of casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread onions evenly over meat. Drain peas and spread evenly over onions. Mix 1 can tomato soup and 1/4 c. water. Pour over mixture. Layer sliced potatoes and salt as needed. Mix 2 cans tomato soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over potatoes make sure that all potatoes are covered. Cover casserole with cover or tin foil. May want to put tin foil in bottom oven incase it boil over. Bake at 375

This is one of my families favorites and it is a complete meal. You could use sliced carrots or some other vegetable if you like.
