12 eggs 1 C. sugar 1 C. bourbon or whiskey 1 C. cognac 1/2 t. salt 3 pints whipping cream Nutmeg
Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick. Slowly add bourbon and cognac. Chill several hours. Whip egg whites with salt until stiff. Whip cream. Add whipped cream and whipped egg whites to egg yolk mixture. Chill one hour. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
