4 lbs. Potatoes Idaho or Red
8 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 large Onion-Chopped
2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
3 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Pickle juice dill
Salt / Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and boil until fully cooked. Allow to cool. Shell eggs. Cube together potatoes and eggs keeping 3 yolks separate. Add Onion and stir mixture. In a separate bowl, mix salad dressing, mustard, pickle juice & remaining egg yolks. Pour sauce over potato mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
