1 Cup Finely Diced Cooked Chicken
1/2 Apple, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Raisins (or Cranberries)
1 Celery Stalk
1 Green Onion
1/3 Cup Miracle Whip
1 Tsp Curry Powder
12 Mini Pita Breads

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, apple, raisins, celery & green onion in medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine miracle whip & curry, add to chicken mixture. Toss lightly to blend. Cut each pita in half & fill with chicken mixture. Garnish with apple slices.

I also like to add toasted diced almonds to the mixture and sprinkle curry on top!
