2-3 not ripe bananas
1 lg. box lemon jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 3/4 c. chilled 7-up
20 oz crushed pineapple (drain, but save juice)
9x13 dish
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cool whip
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions:

Layer bottom of dish with bananas
make jello with water, chilled 7 up, and crushed pineapples.
pour over bananas
mix
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
slowly add 3/4 cup pineapple juice ( saved)
1 tbsp. butter
cook on med to low heat until thick--- then cool.
After cooled combine above mixture with 1c coolwhip and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
stir all together then spead on top of thickend jello.
may sprinkle with nuts.
