2 cans salmon ( I pick out big bones I can see )
1- 8 oz pk cream cheese ( soft )
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp liquid smoke ( find it by the steak sauce )
1/4 tsp salt
fine chopped onions and celery ( one small onion and one stalk of celery)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and serve with crackers. I have also spread this on open face sandwiches. This was one of my brother-in-laws favorite, Jerry Miller

The first time I ever tried this, I could not stop eating it, it is VERY good, and I am not a big salmon person
