1 1/2 cups butter 3 cups sugar 5 eggs 3 cups flour 2 tablespoons lemon extract 3/4 cup sprite or 7 up
Cream sugar and butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, add flour. Beat in extract and 7 up. Pour in greased and floured mold (jumbo fluted mold). Bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes
