8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (hand grated or shredded works best)
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 garlic clove pressed (or two... or three...)
1 teaspoon dill
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 bag of fresh spinach chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix until well mixed. Spoon into oiled baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with crispy toasted bread or pita chips.
