3-4 large tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 small sweet onion
2 cloves garlic
2 limes
1 jalapeņo pepper, remove seeds and stems
sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter the tomatoes and squeeze all of the juice from the tomatoes and discard juice. In your food processor, add garlic, onion, and jalapeņo. Pulse until minced as finely as you desire. Remove onion, garlic and jalapeņo and put in a bowl or container Add tomatoes to food processor and pulse to desired consistency, chunky if you like it chunky, pureed if you like it pureed. As you get close to the desired consistency, add cilantro and pulse a little longer to break up cilantro Add the tomatoes and cilantro to serving bowl or tupperware with onions, garlic, and jalapeņo. Add the juice of the limes and some sea salt and pepper. Mix then refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors marry.
