4 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. onions, sliced
1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of potatoes on the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart sprayed or greased baking dish. Put onions and mushrooms on top of potatoes. Mix together soup, milk and pepper. Spread half of soup and milk mixture over onions/mushrooms and top with remaining potatoes. Spread remaining soup mixture over potatoes and sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and bake in 325 oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
