1 bag Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares
3/4 stick unsalted butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. In double boiler, combine chocolate, butter and sugar until just melted. Add eggs and whisk until well combined. Add flour and mix. Lightly grease four 4-oz. custard cups or ramekins (spray or butter). Distribute batter evenly between the four cups. Place cups on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Carefully invert cups on individual serving plates. Serve immediately with ice cream.
