9 links of Hot Italian sausage
2 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
4 large carrots
4 stalks of celery
4 large potatoes
1 bunch of Kale
2 boxes of chicken stock
1 cup half and half cream
2 tbls fennel seed (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion. celery, carrots, garlic, potatoes and sausage and place into large sauce pan with the chicken stock. Add the crushed fennel seed. Simmer for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add the chopped Kale and cream. Simmer until heated through and serve.

I cook sausages in microwave before chopping. If Kale is not available spinach is a good alternate.
