Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can French loaf bread or pizza crust(found in the grocery store near the crescent rolls)
your favorite meat combination: salami, pepperoni, ground sausage, ham, etc..
your favorite veggie combination: onions, peppers, mushroom, olives, etc..
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
butter
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Roll out the dough to make a large rectangle. You will have to use some flour to keep it from sticking to the rolling pin. Place your favorite combination of ingredients and mozzarella cheese approximately 1 inch from one side and the entire length of the dough (my favorite combination is cooked ground sausage and sautéed mushrooms and onions). Fold the dough over the ingredients and pinch to seal the dough together. It should now resemble a log. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked. Let cool 5-10 minutes and then slice into 2 inch pieces. Serve with pizza sauce or nacho cheese sauce.

Personal Notes:
This is a recipe that I borrowed from my sister. She first fixed it as an appetizer when she came to Indiana one year to visit for Christmas. I always have fond memories when I make this recipe because it reminds me of the first time that I had some of my family members come to Indiana to spend Christmas with me and my children. It is very filling and is great served with a bowl of steaming hot soup.
