2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. worchestershire Sauce 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. molasses 2 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. Tabasco 2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional) 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Salt to taste
Mix ingredients together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until dark, thick; about 10 min.; stirring now and then. Put on meat during the last 30 min - 1 hr. of cooking. Good on pork, chicken and beef.
