1 (18 oz) package yellow cake mix with pudding
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Place ingredients in a large bowl, and mix just enough to thoroughly incorporate. Roll dough into 1" balls; flatten slightly on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen. Can substitute chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding mix, or lemon cake mix and lemon pudding mix.
