1 large can of pumpkin 1 cup sugar 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp salt
1 package yellow cake mix (dry)
1 cup chopped pecans 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cake mix, then drizzle with melted butter over the top. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
