2 cups ground carrots
1 cup ground nuts, any kind
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
5 cups wheat crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons soy cream
salt, celery salt, to taste
can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender, grind them and add rice and crushed wheat crackers. Soak the bread crumbs until soft. Mix all ingredients and bake in oiled loaf pan. Brush some oil on the top of loaf before baking and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake until done and serve with tomato sauce.
