6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 1/2 c onion (sliced)
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 c potatoes (sliced thin)
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in skillet. Combine potatoes, onions, flour and seasonings; toss lightly. Place in buttered casserole dish and spread out to cover the bottom of the pan. Place chops on top of potato mixture. Add soup and milk to drippings in skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly and then pour over potatoes and pork chops. Cover and bake 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
