Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
Topping:
1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Fresh fruit of your choosing. We like strawberries, Kiwi, blue berries, grapes, black berries, raspberries.
Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
3 T. corn starch
2 T. orange marmalade

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix ingredients and pat in 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Topping: Mix and spread on crust, then add fresh fruit.
Glaze: Cook until thick and pour over fruit
