2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz sour cream
1/2 cup onion
1/2 stick butter
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, and onion in 9X13 pan.
Melt butter and mix with hashbrown mixture and stir well.
Add 1/2 cheese and stir well

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes
Stir, cover with foil and return to over for 30 minutes

Add remaining cheese on top and put back into oven until it melts - then ready to serve!

I also have made this in the nesco with 5X the amounts in this recipe. The trick is to use thawed hash browns and stir it every 30 minutes. Will take 3-4 hours to cook.
