5 slices bread of choice
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk - or less
2 shakes of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 shakes of cinnamon sugar mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and other ingredients together, excluding the bread. Take the slice of bread and butter one side then dip in egg mixture and fry until golden brown, flipping once. Make sure it's cooked or it will get soggy. Make sure your pan or griddle is warm on a med heat, Serve with butter and syrup. Sprinke with confectionary sugar if desired.
