1 lb ground beef 80/20
1 egg
3 shakes of Parmesan cheese
3/4 c of plain breadcrumbs or enough by sight
parley
garlic salt
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for approximate 25 mins, then add to the sauce.

Eye the breadcrumbs. You can tell by the wetness. Depends on size of meatballs on number of servings, but usually one batch.
