2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl: flour and sugar. Bring to a boil the following: oleo, shortening, cocoa and water. Then add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla. Beat cocoa mixture and flour mixture together until well mixed. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes in greased and floured 15x11" pan.

ICING:

1 stick oleo
5 tbsp milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Bring these ingredients to a boil, remove from heat and add 1 box powdered sugar and nuts if desired. Spread warm icing on warm cake.
