1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
1 egg
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 8x12 baking dish. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350.
