1 package white cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cream of coconut
1 (8oz.) container of sour cream

8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tablespoons cream of coconut
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 can of flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour one 9/13 inch pan.
Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, cream of coconut, and the sour cream and mix well. Pour into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let cake cook then frost with cream cheese frosting.

Frosting:
Combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla, cream of coconut, flaked coconut and confectioners' sugar. Spread over cake.
