1 1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 tbsp. of boiling water
5 c. flour

Roll, cut using Christmas cutters, and bake at 350 for 8-10 min.

To make frosting, mix 1 whole box of confectioners sugar, 1/4 stick margarine, 1 tsp. of vanilla and add milk until good frosting consistency. Add food coloring if desired.
