Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:

This specialty was specifically made for Uncle George on his birthday on Dec. 22, and for Thanksgiving. When all the children were part of the meal; P.D, and Clay began to finish off the pie Grandma “Not” began to make pecan tassies as well as pecan pie. Mom inherited 1 dozen mini muffin pans which continues this tradition to this day; in her home. For the Tassie recipe see the Cookie section of this book
