2 lbs sweet potato (canned) 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/8 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp butter cubed 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl mix canned potatoes, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter. Spread mix into medium size casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. Then put marshmallows on top and bake for 5- 10 minutes more to brown.
Optional: 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg can also be added to mix. And crushed pecans can be added on top of casserole as well.
