1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and work together. Roll out dough to about 1/3" to 1/2" thickness and punch out with the top of a glass (into circles). Lightly poke tops with a fork, and bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes - until golden brown.
