2 cups sugar
3 cups shredded squash
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 teaspoons soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs & sugar until light & creamy. Add squash & oil. Sift dry ingredients & add slowly to the sugar & squash mixture. Add vanilla & nuts. Put in pan & bake at 350.
