8 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
3 to 4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced apples in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and granulated sugar (you may want to delete this sugar if apples are sweet). Cream butter and brown sugar together, then add salt, rolled oats and flour mixture to make a crumbly topping. Sprinkle on top of apples and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 minutes.

You may add to your liking: raisins and apples, flax seed or coconut or barley gold. Even your favourite granola in the topping is good.
