1 can of albacore tuna
mayonnaise
yellow mustard
sweet relish
finely diced celery
diced hard boiled eggs
raisins
diced green apples
crumbled blue cheese
parmesan cheese
shredded swiss cheese
bacon bits
touch of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the tuna and start mixing. If you've ever made much tuna salad, you basically wag the first 4 ingredients and just start adding in the rest for taste. The flavors all blend nicely into a gourmet tuna salad fit for the finest New York deli!!

First created this on the fly when I was basically out of everything else to eat and had a lot of condiments in the fridge. Ever since the experiment, I've been modifying it with different ingredients but found the basic ones listed here make a nice blend!
