1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of asparagus soup
2 cups milk
1 - 7oz. can of fancy crab meat
1 - 7oz. can of small shrimp
1/3 cup cooking sherry
1/3 cup butter
salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste

Break up the crab meat. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.

Crab bisque always reminds me of being stationed in Panama City, Florida. Many restaraunts up and down the Panhandle served it, few mastered it. This is a cheap and easy version.
