5 lbs hamburger
2 large cans tomato juice
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
1 bunch of celery chopped
1 small box of spaghetti , broken into pieces
salt, pepper
2 cans of kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger with onions and celery, drain off grease. Add the rest of the ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about and hour, serve with crackers

When I asked my dad how much salt and pepper you put in the Chili, he said " one or two swirls " of each.
