1 pkg. prepared pie crust
6 oz. orange juice
2 c water
1 c sugar
3 peaches
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. almond extract
juice from 1/2 large lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie crust according to package directions.

In saucepan put orange juice, water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook on medium (stirring constantly) until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, add almond extract and let it cool.

Remove skin from peaches--slice and toss with lemon juice. Put peaches in the cooked pie crust and then pour the cooked mixture (when cool) on top of peaches. Put in refrigerator until it is set. Serve with whipped cream or cool whip.
