2 Small Yellow Summer Squash (thinly sliced)
2 Small Zucchini (thinly sliced)
1 Medium Tomato (Chopped)
1/4 C. Pitted Ripe Olives
2 T. Chopped Green Onion
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
3/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place the yellow squash, zucchini, tomato, olives and onion on a double thickness of heavy duty foil. Combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, oregano and pepper; pour over the vegetables and seal foil packet tightly. Grill covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Carefully open foil; transfer vegetables to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

I don't like olives so I leave these out. Regular onion can be used instead of green onion.
