2 c. mayo
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 cans (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
parsley
assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine mayo, cheese, mushrooms and dressing mix. Spread into a greased 9 in. pie plate.
Bake uncovered, 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.

Don't substitute reduce fat mayo for this. It will be really oily.
