1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-1/2 cups cold cooked long grain rice
1-1/2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes (about 4 med)
4 green onions, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 cup (4 oz) crumbled feta chz

In large bowl, combine the beans, rice, tomatoes, onions, celery, spinach, and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
