5 lbs potatoes
8 eggs
1 cucumber
2 cups salad dressing
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup ranch dressing
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes and let them cool. Cut potatoes, cucumber and 6 eggs in small pieces. Add all the ingredients and mix, sprinkle paprika in mixture while mixing. Slice 2 remaining eggs and arrange on top of salad and sprinkle more paprika on top.

I really don't like celery so I substitute it with cucumber and nobody ever complains, everybody loves it.
