4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 9" pastry pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve hot or cold.

Use tin foil around the pie edges while cooking to prevent overbrowning of the crust. Hamburger or sausage can be substituted in for the ham and it turns out just as good.
