1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oleo
2 large eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 large pkg. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal; let set for 10 minutes. Add sugars and oleo; stir until it melts. Add eggs and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9"X13" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
