1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, sliced
(ask butcher to cube steak one time)
12 oz. sour cream
1 lb. mushrooms
3 onions
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz beef broth or 2 beef boullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions in a little butter or oil. Cut steak with flour, salt and pepper. Fry steak in oil. Melt butter and mix with flour and add to pan with beef broth and Worcestershire. Put the steak onion, and mushrooms in the mixture and let simmer until done.
