1 package instant peach Jell-O 1 cup boiling water 1 cup cold water/ice combination 1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
Stir 1 cup boiling water into gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water/ice combination. Stir until all ice is melted. Refrigerate until quite thick. Blend in cool whip. Garnish with fresh peach slices.
