-1 ripe avocado (you can tell it's ripe because it is ever so slightly squishy to the touch)
- 1 1/2 cup milk (skim or whole, to your preference)
- 1 tbsp sour cream (fat free fine)
- 4 tbsp lime juice (real fresh lime, no substitutes!)
- Salt to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and with a smooth liquid texture. This is especially good with crispy flautas or taquitos.
