2 eggs 1 16 oz. can pumpkin (use Libbys)1 2/3 c. evaporated milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 t. ginger 1/4 t. cloves
Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 inch frozen pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Cool.
