1 pound sirloin steak
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. corn starch
Chopper celery
Sliced fresh button mushrooms
1 can beef broth (Campbells)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sirloin into very thin 2-inch strips while partially frozen. Marinate sirloin in soy sauced and corn starch mixture for several hours. Stir fry sirloin over high heat. Stir fry celery and fresh mushrooms. Add 2 can beef broth to stir fry mixture and heat. Serve over cooked Uncle Ben's rice.

Thin, adequately marinated sirloin enhances flavor or sirloin. Celery and mushrooms and be stir-fried and added separately as desired.
