1 package fresh chicken tenders
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Rice mixture:
1 c. uncooked Uncle Ben's rice
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups chicken broth

Melt margarine and pour in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pyrex pan. Mix together flour, pepper, paprika and salt. Coat chicken with dry mixture and place chicken over margarine. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

While chicken is cooking, make rice mixture by combining ingredients. Remove chicken from pan. Pour rice mixture into pan and replace chicken on top. Cover and bake an additional 45 minutes. Be careful of steam when opening oven.
