3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 (16 oz.) box Velveeta Cheese
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broccoli to a boil in lightly salted water. Pour in colander and drain well. Place broccoli in 2 qt. casserole dish. Melt Velveeta cheese and 1/2 stick margarine and pour over broccoli. Melt other 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 until cheese bubbles.
